The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing business in a dual-role position combining office administration with evidence and submissions support.
As Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration of the Leicester office, managing company-wide travel arrangements, processing company purchases and providing administrative support to the Finance Team.
As Deputy Evidence and Submissions Officer, you will support the logistical and administrative management of law enforcement submissions, assist with the secure handling and movement of evidential material, coordinate courier activity and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
This varied role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments while supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administrator
- Manage all company-wide travel and accommodation bookings.
- Process company sundry purchases using the company credit card.
- Provide general administrative support for the Leicester office.
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the Finance Team.
- Take outgoing post to the Post Office each day.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
Deputy Evidence & Submissions Officer
- Manage the Leicester Logistics task queue, including dispatching reports, generated exhibits and USBs, and producing transfer documentation.
- Monitor the Reports inbox and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process law enforcement submission forms accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Undertake daily asset tagging.
- Liaise with clients and law enforcement agencies to coordinate the timely receipt and return of exhibits.
- Assist with the receipt, booking, storage, movement and return of evidential material, maintaining accurate records within CYFOR's CRM systems.
- Ensure all physical and electronic evidence is handled securely, maintaining exhibit continuity, traceability and integrity at all times.
- Support the return, destruction or deletion of exhibits in accordance with legal requirements and data retention policies.
- Assist with regular audits of the evidence store, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support the management of the Law Enforcement submissions mailbox, ensuring effective communication between clients and technical teams.
- Assist in coordinating CYFOR's secure courier service and company vehicles to facilitate the efficient collection and return of exhibits.
- Deputise for the Evidence and Submissions Officer during periods of annual leave or absence.
- Support CYFOR's Quality Team in maintaining accreditation and certification against relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Desirable Experience
Previous experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Evidence handling or exhibit management (desirable but not essential).
- Senior administrative or office administration roles.
- Working within a regulated or compliance-driven environment.

Security Clearance
Please note: This role requires successful Security Check (SC) clearance. Candidates who do not already hold SC clearance must be willing to undergo the vetting process. Please be aware that eligibility for SC clearance generally requires 5 years of continuous UK residency, subject to UK Government vetting requirements.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
