We are looking for energetic, motivated professionals to join our Internal Sales Account Management Team. Competitive salary with **bonus potential up to £40,000 per year.
What You Will Do
- Build, manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactively generate new business and follow up on enquiries
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product ranges
- Accurately process orders, enquiries and updates in our CRM
- Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge to support sales growth
What We Are Looking For
- Sales experience in construction or fasteners is ideal but not essential - full product training will be provided
- Self-motivated, organised, and persistent in achieving goals
- A confident communicator with a proactive, customer focused approach
