Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will lead all aspects of premises and facilities management, including:
Health and safety compliance
Site security and safeguarding
Building maintenance and repairs
Contractor management
Statutory inspections and compliance
Cleaning and facilities management
Site improvement and development projects
Estate planning across multiple school locations
You will ensure our learning environments remain calm, safe and supportive spaces where autistic children and young people can flourish.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in premises, estates, facilities or site management
Has strong knowledge of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements
Can manage contractors and maintenance programmes effectively
Is practical, organised and solutions-focused
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Can prioritise effectively and work independently
Takes pride in maintaining high standards
Understands the importance of creating environments that support autistic children and young people

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
