Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust surfaces, wipe down fixtures, and sanitize high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures
