About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused
Customer Engagement Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to add value.
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will manage an existing portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional utility solutions, including energy, water, and waste management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B customer accounts.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell utility services, including energy, water, and waste solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Handle customer enquiries, renewals, and account reviews professionally and efficiently.
- Work towards individual and team sales and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay informed about industry developments, products, and market trends.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, customer engagement, or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Experience within the utilities, energy, telecoms, financial services, or contact centre sectors.
- Previous B2B account management experience.
- Experience working with customer satisfaction metrics or service quality targets.
