Suzanne Neville, one of Europe's leading designers of bridal and evening wear, is recruiting for a full-time alteration seamstress to join the busy and friendly team at their Knightsbridge showroom.
Applicants should have:
· At least 3 years’ experience of sewing and altering couture dresses to a high standard. Previous bridal experience preferred.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a small team.
· Excellent time management and organisation skills.
· A thorough understanding of couture garment construction and experience working with luxury fabrics.
· Experience of fitting dresses.
· Good customer service skills and a friendly and personable manner.
Applicants will be required to:
· Alter bridal and evening dresses to a high standard.
· Work to seasonal deadlines.
· Assist occasionally with front of house fittings.
