- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips responsibly
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver excellent customer service experiences
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, with experience working in restaurants or bars preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling beverages and ingredients
- Excellent serving skills combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Effective time management to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy hours
