Our innovative approach includes offering testing services in our onsite laboratory to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Operative to work alongside the current manufacturing team. Previous manufacturing experience or formal qualifications are not essential, as full training will be provided; however, candidates should demonstrate excellent practical abilities and be confident using a range of hand and power tools. Experience with workshop machinery such as lathes, saws, guillotines or similar equipment would be advantageous but is not essential. Above all, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good initiative and excellent attention to detail, who takes pride in producing work to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a dependable team player, willing to learn, able to follow instructions and procedures, and equally comfortable using their own initiative when required.
This is not simply an assembly role, we are manufacturing quality products from raw materials, and no two products are the same. Everything we manufacture here is bespoke to the customers application requirements.
· Understanding of engineered drawings - desirable
· Knowledge of Induction - not required, training will be given
· A car driver is essential to this role, as offsite work may be required.
· Must be IT literate in Outlook, Word, and Excel
References will need to be provided and will be contacted if successfully chosen for the role.
Quedgeley, Gloucester based – however travelling nationwide is required as and when to support with installations, but not required often.
