We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Thornsett Road setting - ideally located in Anerley with fantastic, easy transport links. We offer excellent flexibility with options for either a 4-day or 5-day working week.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 or above full and relevant UK early years qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a nursery setting.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with early years children, with a fun, creative, and "get messy" attitude to play.
- Skills: Excellent teamwork skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to use your own initiative to support the daily running of the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurturing Environment: Support the daily operations of the room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for all children.
- Creative Learning: Plan and implement engaging, sensory, and educational activities tailored to early childhood development.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and team practitioners, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Parent Partnerships: Communicate effectively and warmly with parents regarding their children's daily milestones and well-being.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of care and learning in line with EYFS and safeguarding regulations.
