SEND Tutors – PDA / Neurodivergence (QTS required)
We are looking for one or more experienced tutors to provide individualised online tuition for neurodivergent primary-aged learners with the PDA profile. QTS is a requirement for this role.
This is a relationship-led opportunity, where flexibility, low-demand teaching and understanding the individual come first. We are looking for tutors who enjoy finding creative ways to make learning work for a young person beyond conventional lesson plans.
The successful tutor will build trust, support co-regulation and create a positive environment for learning. You will need to be comfortable adapting plans, reducing unnecessary demands and changing direction when something isn't working.
There are approximately 15 hours per week available, and you can apply to provide all or part of these hours depending on your availability.
