Join our Mad crew.
We're looking for a confident and energetic Floor Team Member to become a vibrant part of our weekend team.
This isn't just another hospitality role.
We're looking for someone who can have fun, maintain high standards and create an incredible atmosphere for both our team and our customers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring a section will run smoothly during our busiest periods while supporting and motivating the team around you.

Your responsibilities:
- Accurately taking and running food and drinks orders
- Maintaining excellent customer service throughout every shift
- Supporting and being supported by the team through high intensity periods.
- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
- Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- General open and closing duties
- A variety of side works
- Working closely with the management team
We're looking for someone who:

Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial, but we're ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude and personality.
