Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm
We're currently recruiting Van Drivers / Environmental Operatives to join a growing team based in Grays. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with genuine opportunities to develop new skills and progress within the company.
Working as part of a 2–4 person team, you'll help keep local communities clean, safe, and well-maintained while carrying out a variety of outdoor duties.
Duties Include:
- Driving a company van to various locations
- Litter picking
- Tip runs
- Weed spraying
- Graffiti removal
- Park and grounds maintenance
- General environmental and manual duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
