Contract type: Fixed Term (seasonal)
Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour
Contracted Hours per week: 30 hours per week minimum including daytime, evenings and weekends.
We are seeking dependable, friendly, responsible Passenger Boat Crew to support our Skippers during river cruises on the Norfolk Broads, sailing from Wroxham.
As a Passenger Boat Crew Member you will be required to deliver excellent customer service skills, striving to delight our guests.
Duties will include:
· Preparing the interior of the passenger boat including cleaning the interior;
· Collect, record and load stock on to the boat;
· Greet all guests and assist with their boarding as necessary. Collect tickets and agree passenger count with the Skipper;
· Cast off the passenger boat in accordance with the Domestic Passenger Vessel safety Management Code;
· Operate the licensed bar, selling beverages and light snacks;
· Assist the Skipper to moor the passenger boat and assist guests to safely disembark;
· Be aware of and adhere to health and safety legislation;
· Ensure accurate handling of payments.
