Prime Future is a fast-growing UK financial services firm specialising in protection insurance. We help individuals and families arrange Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection through a panel of 18 insurers.
We’re looking for people with a strong sales background who want to train and develop as Protection Advisers.
You’ll meet clients face-to-face or by video, understand their circumstances and recommend suitable protection based on their needs.

Prime Future is a growing protection brokerage based in Newark, serving clients across the UK.
We’re a small, ambitious team and are now expanding our adviser network with self-employed advisers who want to build their own client base with our training, systems and support.
What you'll do
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Meeting clients face-to-face or by video
- Understanding their income, family, mortgage and existing protection
- Completing a fact-find
- Researching suitable options from our panel of 18 insurers
- Explaining your recommendations clearly
- Completing and submitting applications
- Following cases through to completion
- Keeping accurate client and compliance records
- Asking existing clients for referrals
- Building your own pipeline of future business
You’ll advise on products including:
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Income Protection
- Family protection
How the commission works
You'll receive:
- 40% of net commission on business generated through Prime Future
- 60–70% of net commission on business you generate yourself
- Uncapped earnings
There is no basic salary. This is a self-employed, commission-only role.
Commission percentages are calculated on commission received by Prime Future after applicable network deductions and are subject to normal cancellation and clawback provisions.
Prime Future-generated opportunities are there to support your activity, particularly while you're getting established.
The long-term aim is for you to build a strong pipeline through referrals, relationships and your own business generation.
The more business you generate yourself, the more you earn.

You won't be expected to work everything out on your own, but you will need to take responsibility for building your business.
Who we're looking for
Previous protection or financial services experience is helpful, but it isn't essential.
We're also interested in people from strong sales backgrounds such as:
- Telesales
- Recruitment
- Estate agency
- Automotive sales
- Field sales
- B2C sales
- Other commission-based sales roles
You’ll need to:
- Speak fluent Polish
- Be confident speaking with clients
- Be comfortable working without a guaranteed salary
- Follow up consistently
- Manage your own diary and pipeline
- Be willing to actively look for new business
- Be motivated by performance and uncapped earnings
If you're new to protection advice, you'll complete the required training and competency process before advising clients independently.
