Toilet Cubicle Installer / Carpenter
Kench Construction Ltd are looking for an experienced Toilet Cubicle Installer / Carpenter to assist with school toilet refurbishment projects throughout the South East.
The successful candidate will have experience installing toilet cubicles, IPS panelling, vanity units and associated washroom fit-out works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of toilet cubicle systems.
- Installation of IPS panelling systems.
- Installation of vanity units and washroom fittings.
- First and second fix carpentry works associated with washroom refurbishments.
- Reading and working from drawings.
- Working within live school environments while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Assisting with general fit-out works where required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing toilet cubicle and washroom systems.
- Good carpentry and joinery skills.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own van and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIS registered.
Desirable Requirements
- DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience working within schools and educational environments.
- Experience installing IPS systems and commercial washroom fit-outs.
