Martino's Restaurant is looking for a professional, passionate and personable Bartender to join our front-of-house team.
As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional drinks in a clean and organised environment while delivering a guest experience at the bar that reflects the spirit of Martino's hospitality. You will bring creativity, consistency and charm to every service, curating memorable moments for our guests while ensuring the bar operates efficiently and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, wines, hot drinks and other beverages to Martino's precise standards.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the food menu, drinks list, spirits, wine pairings and cocktail techniques.
- Engage warmly with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests, allergies and preferences are fulfilled with attention and precision.
- Collaborate closely with the commis team, waiters and kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate promptly with management to resolve any concerns.
- Ensure the bar area is organised, clean and fully stocked throughout service.
- Work closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety and allergen procedures behind the bar at all times.
- Support and mentor junior members of the bar team, contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture.
- Maintain a polished appearance and embody Martino's values in attitude, language and behaviour.
- Have a hands-on approach at all times.
