We are looking for a friendly, motivated and patient-focused Qualified Dental Nurse to join our modern private dental practice in Leigh-on-Sea.

We are seeking a Dental Nurse who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a close-knit team.
The role is available for 3 to 5 days per week, with flexibility available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 requirements
- Assisting with digital workflows, impressions and photography where required
- Providing a high standard of patient care and support
- Managing stock and surgery organisation
- Supporting reception and administrative duties when required
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure efficient patient journeys
Essential Requirements
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of cross-infection control procedures
- Reliable, organised and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive and caring attitude towards patients
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Invisalign workflows
- Experience with cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers
- Radiography qualification
- Familiarity with digital dentistry and intraoral scanners
