About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers to join our growing agency. You will work with vulnerable individuals, families, and communities, helping to improve outcomes and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of children, families, or vulnerable adults
- Develop and implement care and support plans
- Work in partnership with multi-agency teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed
- Provide support during crisis situations
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree/Diploma in Social Work)
- Registration with Social Work England
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
