We're growing rapidly and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Belfast office.
If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by achieving results, we'd love to hear from you. Previous sales experience is helpful, but it isn't essential—we're looking for the right attitude and personality above all else.
What you'll be doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our sales team.
Your day will include:
- Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK and Ireland
- Introducing Standard Utilities and our services
- Identifying potential opportunities and customer needs
- Booking appointments for our Business Development Managers
- Building relationships with prospective customers
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Working towards achievable daily and monthly targets
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to drive company growth
What we're looking for

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or call centres is advantageous, but not essential.
