We’re renowned for delivering exceptional weddings, alongside charity events, corporate meetings and flagship company events. Our catering team works both here at Heaton House Farm and at venues across the region, all supported by our professional and friendly team.
Join our Food & Beverage Team
We’re looking for brilliant casual/part time Food & Beverage Team Members to join us and help create a fantastic experience for our guests.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people who can work midweek shifts starting from around 2pm. We have lots of weddings and events taking place during the week, so if you have regular weekday afternoon and evening availability, we’d love to hear from you.
We also have a smaller number of weekend positions available, so please still apply if weekends suit you better.
This is a flexible, casual role where you submit your availability each month, making it ideal for fitting work around college, other jobs or commitments. We have events throughout the year, including weddings, corporate events and our busy programme of winter and Christmas events.
Typical shifts include:

8am–12.30pm – Breakfast service

8am–2pm – Breakfast service and wedding set-up

2pm–8pm – Canapés and food service

4pm–10pm – Food and beverage service at events and weddings
Please note: Applicants must be aged 16 or over, be over school-leaving age and have completed Year 11.
About You
You’ll be passionate about providing a great experience for our clients and their guests. You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude, be a great communicator and take pride in your appearance and attention to detail.
You’ll be happy working independently when needed, but equally enjoy being part of a friendly team. Previous food and beverage experience is great but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
About the Job
You’ll welcome clients and guests in a polite and friendly manner and provide a professional food and beverage service, including serving drinks, canapés and meals.
Cleanliness is incredibly important to us, so you’ll also help keep work areas clean and tidy and follow our clean-as-you-go approach throughout each shift.
