Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior office experience. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry and filing systems
- Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff
- Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support the organisation of company events and coordinate logistics as needed
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ensure the office environment remains organised, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies
- Support other administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,785.00-£28,000.00 per year
