- Location: Northampton and surrounding areas (Starting from NN5 7QS)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Optional: 2 weekend days per month)
- Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Paid Lunch Breaks)
- Total: 40 hours per week

The Role This isn’t a complicated job, but it requires consistency and commitment. You are the face of the company. Your mission is simple: walk the local streets, knock on doors, and ask the simple question: "Would you like your windows cleaned this week?" Transport: You will be provided with a company car for the team to travel to and from territories. While not strictly required to start, holding a full UK Driving License is highly preferred and opens up significant opportunities for progression within the company. High-Performance Pay Structure We believe in rewarding the people who drive our growth. Your pay is designed to increase as you hit your stride: Starting Rate: £13.50 per hour. Performance Spike: Once you hit your daily target, your rate increases to £17.50 per hour. The £500 Bonus: For every £500 worth of cleans you book in, you earn a £100 cash bonus.
Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Outreach: Engaging with residents and business owners in assigned territories. Lead Generation: Booking in residential and commercial window cleans for our service teams. Daily Reporting: Tracking your door knocks and successful bookings to ensure your bonuses are calculated accurately. Team Travel: Utilizing the company vehicle to reach daily targets efficiently. What We’re Looking For The "Gift of Gab": You are comfortable walking up to a door and starting a conversation. Resilience: You have a positive attitude and aren't deterred by rejection. Self-Motivation: Since you’ll be in the field, you need the drive to keep moving without constant supervision. Driving License: Preferred (not essential) for future progression.
