Qualified Dental Nurse with Reception Experience or a Receptionist to Join the Team at DCO

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role, is passionate about patient care, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service both in surgery and at reception.
About the Role
As part of our close-knit team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clinicians chairside across a range of dental treatments.
- Preparing surgeries and maintaining high standards of cross-infection control.
- Supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Welcoming patients with a warm, friendly and professional approach.
- Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered and qualified as a Dental Nurse.
- Experienced working on a dental reception.
- Friendly, approachable and compassionate.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Reliable, flexible and happy to support the team wherever needed.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience.
- Positive, proactive and eager to contribute to a supportive team culture.
