Play a key part in making personalised healthcare happen!
Regenerus Labs is shaping the future of personalised healthcare.
We’re an all-in-one platform and trusted practitioner community, helping healthcare professionals deliver faster, more accurate and evidence-based care. With a portfolio of more than 150 tests, we provide diagnostic lab testing, digital tools, education and clinical support to functional and integrative health practitioners across the UK.
Behind every test is a carefully managed journey – from getting the right testing kit into the hands of a patient or practitioner to making sure their sample reaches the right laboratory safely, accurately and on time.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Logistics Sample Coordinator to join our Edinburgh team and help manage the day-to-day movement of testing kits and biological samples through our service.
What you’ll be doing
This is a varied, practical role that combines sample processing, quality control, logistics, inventory management, and kit preparation. You’ll be responsible for making sure the details are right at every stage – because when you’re dealing with medical testing, accuracy really matters.
Day to day, you’ll:
-
Receive and process incoming biological samples, checking they meet the requirements for laboratory testing.
-
Accurately record sample and patient information and identify any discrepancies or issues.
-
Prepare, package and document samples for onward shipment to our laboratory partners.
-
Assemble and quality-check medical testing kits, making sure everything required is present and correct.
-
Arrange and monitor UK and international shipments and help resolve any delays or delivery issues.
-
Keep stock and inventory records accurate, and ensure essential supplies are available when needed.
-
Follow established procedures for sample handling, packaging and shipping.
-
Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service and Operations, as well as couriers and external laboratories.
-
Spot opportunities to make our processes more accurate, efficient and reliable.
What we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need to come from a laboratory or healthcare background. What matters most is that you’re highly organised, dependable and exceptionally good with detail. You’ll enjoy working methodically, following clear processes and knowing that getting the small things right contributes to something much bigger. You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change, and you’ll take pride in completing work accurately and efficiently.
You’ll need:
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
-
A methodical, reliable approach to your work.
-
Confidence following detailed procedures and established processes.
-
The ability to manage several priorities at once.
-
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Good general IT skills.
-
To be comfortable handling biological samples and following the appropriate safety procedures.
Experience in logistics, operations, healthcare, laboratory work, fulfilment or sample processing would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
We’d also be interested to hear from you if you’ve previously worked with inventory or supply chains, quality-controlled processes, courier services or regulated environments.
Why join Regenerus Labs?
You’ll be joining a growing health-tech business where your work has a clear purpose. This isn’t simply about packing boxes or processing deliveries. You’ll be part of the operational chain that connects practitioners and patients with laboratory testing, and your accuracy, organisation and care will directly contribute to making that service work. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about medical testing, sample logistics and regulated processes while working alongside teams across the business.
If you’re someone who likes things done properly, notices the details other people miss and gets genuine satisfaction from keeping things organised and running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
