We are leaders in the bathroom furniture market with a share of around 33% of the total UK market and are also highly innovative with a vitality rate of approx. 42%. The company employs 240+ people across our Bath office and Bristol warehouse.
Our customers include major national retailers, national/regional builder’s merchants and a nationwide network of independent bathroom retailers. Products are manufactured to our own in-house designs from sources all over the world. We have a portfolio of in-house brands as follows:

Main Responsibilities
You will support the digital marketing team, our category managers, sales team and in-house studio to generate and manage our marketing activity across our website and digital channels for our consumers and retail customers. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders across the business to obtain relevant information and gain applicable sign offs.
You will be required to write blogs, articles and guides as well as general website copy to increase organic traffic and improve user experience; create/edit video content/posts for various channels including websites and social media channels; write emails for consumers and retail customers. Your main responsibilities and duties are as follows:
Campaign creation & execution
Social Media: Support with the delivery of campaigns by creating and scheduling social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest for all brands. This will include working with the Digital content manager on content ideas, managing the social media calendar and creating social media content (both video and still assets). You will also work alongside the Senior creative producer and Creative shoot production assistant to ensure we capture video and photography to be used in social media campaigns, as well as capturing BTS content on shoot days.
Paid Media: Assist in the creation and implementation of campaigns for new product launches across paid channels, using AI-assisted tools to rapidly generate and scale creative asset variants (imagery, copy, video cuts) to meet the growing volume demands of platforms like Meta. Support business growth strategies by helping build and maintain a scalable bank of creative assets — leveraging automation and AI tools to speed up production and testing — to target new audiences and fuel always-on paid campaigns
Influencer Marketing: Under the guidance of the digital content manager organise and execute influencer marketing initiatives across all brands. To be the main point of contact for all the influencers we work with, ensuring contracts are agreed and signed, organising the timely delivery of product to influencers, resolving any queries or issues, ensuring influencers deliver content as per the contract and utilising the content within social and website campaigns.
Website: Support the website executive and wider digital team on content for all websites. This will include contributing to enrichment of product data on PIM, writing blogs, building and updating pages and general maintenance. Assist in managing our retailer portal by uploading content and most importantly ensuring our customers can access it whenever they require.
Email Marketing: Take ownership of all brand marketing mailboxes — monitoring regularly, triaging and responding to requests, and directing them to the correct person or team to ensure timely fulfilment. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns for all brands.
Reporting & Insights: With guidance from the team support NPD department with product research and digital insights. Work with the Digital content manager to provide quarterly reporting across organic search, social media, influencer collaboration and blog content in relation to strategic keyword campaigns. Provide industry and competitor insights into digital marketing activity and work with Head of digital to create a competitor analysis twice each year
Key Skills & Knowledge
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- An affinity with or interest in the home improvement sector with good knowledge of trends and leading brands, with confidence to explore developing partnerships with likeminded brands
- Demonstrable experience of effectively managing social media channels and influencer campaigns
- Experience in use of Canva, Photoshop and Premiere Pro to create engaging content
- A good level of understanding of on-site SEO best practices and website UX
- Experience of managing website content and good copy writing skills to produce blogs optimised for SEO
- Experience of executing email marketing campaigns using Mail Chimp or similar platforms
- Self-motivated, with a good sense of initiative
- Desire to utilise AI to enhance our output
Location & Hours:
- Based in our Brassmill office in Bath with occasional travel to Portbury
- Hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office
- 39 hours per week
