Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises continuously using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular surveillance patrols of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential risks.
- Implement loss prevention measures by observing and deterring theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, by providing first aid when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and surveillance logs for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with local emergency responders during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security operations or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, including providing basic first aid.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts.
