Head Chef - Burger Shop Worcester
Starting Salary: £40,500 – £42,500pa (including tips, service charge and bonus)
Burger Shop Worcester is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen.
We're proud to serve high-quality burgers made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Head Chef, you'll lead the team, maintain high standards, and help deliver great food every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team.
- Ensure every dish is prepared to a high standard.
- Oversee food preparation and service.
- Manage stock, ordering and kitchen costs.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Train and support kitchen staff.
- Help develop seasonal specials and new menu ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Head Chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
- Experience managing stock, food costs and labour.
