Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal customer service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential
- Provide training and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, management, and customers to foster a positive shopping environment
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping with precision
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and phone etiquette protocols
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in retail management, sales management, or team supervision roles
- Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising, time management, and administrative tasks
- Experience in managing store operations including inventory control and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with retail software systems and basic administrative tools is preferred
