Duties
- Greet customers courteously and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective client engagement and follow-up
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and close sales deals
- Manage sales relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and appointments using IT systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns to boost sales visibility
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and standards
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales and pawnbroking environments is desirable
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and administrative duties simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
