Are you passionate about helping people live fulfilling, independent lives? At Gloucester Family Care Adults, we're looking for caring, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our new and exciting Day Services team.
As a Day Services Support Worker, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and a range of support needs to take part in meaningful activities, both within our service and out in the community. You'll help people develop new skills, build confidence, maintain friendships and achieve greater independence.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our new, exciting service!
- £26,500.50
- You will ideally have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Private health care after one year of service.
- You will have regular practice and group clinical supervisions, which offer advice and guidance therapeutically.
- You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a rolling shift pattern of 4 days on / off.
- GFC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children you must be willing to undergo child / adult protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosures Barring Service clearance at enhanced level.
You will need to be available for interview between Tuesday 22nd September - Thursday 24th September 2026.

What We're Looking For
- A caring, positive and respectful approach

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly and use initiative
- Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality support
- Good basic IT skill
