Senior Quantity Surveyor

£70,000-£75,000 & Package
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex refurbishment scheme in Plymouth?
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, plans and forecasts from drawings, reports and technical information
- Produce quantities and support Contractor Proposals
- Procure consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly cost reports, applications and financial updates
- Support cost control, mitigation and commercial recovery strategies
- Attend client, consultant and project meetings
- Mentor and support junior commercial team members
About You:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or large regional contractor.
- Experience preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations.
- Ability to interpret drawings and prepare accurate quantities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
