Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Online English Teacher with examiner experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver engaging English lessons, prepare students for language assessments, and provide tailored support to diverse learners, including children and students requiring special education accommodations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ language skills from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lively and interactive online English lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Prepare students for English language examinations by providing targeted practice and feedback
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Support students with special educational needs by implementing inclusive teaching methods
- Maintain clear and positive communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching tools and resources
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and encouraging virtual classroom environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, especially with exam preparation
- Examiner experience in English language assessments (e.g., IELTS, Cambridge exams) is highly desirable
- Experience working with children and understanding of child development principles
- Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive teaching practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning and student progress tracking
