What you'll be doing:
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services.
- Create bespoke looks tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide expert consultations and professional hair care advice.
- Recommend suitable homecare products and salon services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
- Keep up to date with the latest cutting, colouring and styling techniques.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and salon presentation.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
- Has at least one year's salon floor experience.
- Is confident in a range of services including balayage, highlights, blonding, grey coverage, toning, precision cutting and styling.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional client care.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is motivated, reliable and professional.
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
- Wants to continue learning and developing their career.
