About the role
Are you a Registered Nurse looking for an exciting role where you can develop your skills and take the next step in your career?
Join our team as a Sister / Charge Nurse on the Respiratory Ward at Noble’s Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man! Within this role you will take charge of the Ward, carry out spot checks and audits to ensure standards are met, manage staff and hold multidisciplinary team meetings.
Working in an area with a focus on frailty, but also including acute medicine, allows you the opportunity to develop your skills in both areas. You’ll be part of a supportive and forwardthinking team that encourages development, embraces change and works collaboratively to improve how care is delivered.
If you’re ready to take on a leadership role and make a positive difference to patient care, we’d love to hear from you!
