Job Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Responsive Repairs Administrator to join our Responsive Repairs Team on a part-time basis, ideally 9.00am to 2.30pm (would suit someone looking for school hours).
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Responsive Repairs Manager and Scheduling Team, helping to ensure responsive repair works are managed efficiently and information is processed accurately and promptly.
A key part of the role will be managing the teams shared inbox, processing contractor submissions and correspondence, answering incoming calls, and supporting the Schedulers and Manager with the day-to-day coordination of responsive repair works.
Duties
- Manage email communications
- Maintain clear, accurate and organised electronic records
- Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Assist with contacting contractors or other relevant parties to obtain updates on outstanding works
- Highlight recurring issues, delays or concerns, escalating as appropriate
- Update jobs on relevant systems as required
- Any other ad hoc procedures deemed necessary
Skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Good IT Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to multi task and prioritise your work load
- Be proactive and use initiative
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Experience
- At least 3 years Admin or Customer Service experience
- Experience managing a busy shared inbox or a high volume of correspondence
- Experience of using Oneserve or similar scheduling platform preferred
- Experience of working within the social housing sector preferred
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
