Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation with a ‘hands on’ approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and a proven track record in management within a hospitality environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, and maintaining our high standards.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Daily operation of pub – open/close, building/equipment checks, guest experience, staff management
- Organise pre orders, large bookings and upcoming events
- Liaise with kitchen for menu amendments, checking staff are aware of allergens and new dishes.
- Stock control (Wet & Consumables), ordering and wastage management
- Cellar management; stock checks, date rotation, beer line clean, cask ale management.
This is a hands-on management position; you will be expected to oversee busy shifts and lead a team from the floor not an office.
Working week is Wednesday – Sunday
