Tracey House is a warm and welcoming residential care home for older people, situated in Bovey Tracey on the edge of Dartmoor.
We are looking for a kind, experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our 27-bedded home and continue developing a positive, caring and supportive culture.

About the role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified and person-centred care.
You will lead and support the team, promote high standards, maintain CQC compliance, and help create a home where residents feel known, valued and truly cared for.

- Has experience in care home management or senior leadership.
- Understands CQC standards and good care practice.
- Is approachable, organised and supportive.
- Values staff and promotes strong teamwork.
- Communicates well with residents, families, staff and professionals.
- Leads by example with kindness, confidence and professionalism.
- Is passionate about creating a positive culture for both residents and staff.
