Beer Festival Bar Staff required from 25th - 27th September for Fal Beer Fest 2026 in Falmouth, Cornwall.
About Fal Beer Fest:
- Largest annual modern beer festival in Cornwall, entering it's third year.
- Serving 100+ beers and ciders to 1500+ attendees.
- Informal, but lively working environment.
About you:
- A genuine interest in beer, particularly modern styles.
- Ability to give recommendations to attendees quickly whilst providing accurate product information.
- Able to work behind a bar, on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous experience at a beer festival/ brewery taproom would be advantageous.
- A calm, collected, easy-going demeanor.
- 18+ and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
- Willingness to undertake a paid "study session" at short notice (in own time) on festival products prior to your shift(s).
Opening times:
- Friday 25th September: 4pm - 11pm
- Saturday 26th September: 12pm - 10pm
- Sunday 27th September: 12pm - 6pm
Full availability is not nessesarily required, part days will also be considered, based on experience.
Please note, these positions are on a freelance basis. Payment for shifts will be made post event, on receipt of invoice.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
