Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook quality dishes, including breakfast service, in line with our menu and kitchen standards, helping to deliver a great experience for our guests.
- Work independently in the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout your shifts.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, including keeping workstations clean and ensuring all areas are tidied after food preparation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cooking, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Confidence in working alone and managing the kitchen independently.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in food presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, covering breakfast and evening shifts.
