About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and has a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and spraying metal components to a high standard.
- Operating a Gamma Opti Centre powder coating system.
- Operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading customer vehicles as required.
- Wrapping and preparing finished metalwork for safe transportation.
- Carrying out general workshop and production duties to support the team.
- Adhering to all company health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience operating a Gamma Opti Centre powder coating system.
- Experience preparing and powder coating metalwork to a high standard.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
- Strong team player with a positive work ethic.
- A commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is advantageous, although training may be provided for the right candidate.

Hours: A minimum of 39 hours a week, anything over is over time.
6am-6pm Monday - Thursday
6am-2pm friday
