About the role
The Resettlement Administrator is a support role within the refugee resettlement programme across North Northamptonshire. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support services for the refugee programmes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring effective communication across all related teams and external partners.
You will assist management with administrative tasks and record keeping for guests and sponsors. Responsibilities include preparing documents, arranging meetings, taking minutes, maintaining filing systems, and producing reports. You will also support the smooth delivery of the programme by ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and handled confidentially.
What will you be doing?
As a Resettlement Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the refugee resettlement programmes across North Northamptonshire. You will maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and ensure effective communication between internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and guests.
You will support managers with a range of administrative duties, including maintaining records, preparing documents and correspondence, arranging meetings, and taking minutes. You will be responsible for managing filing systems, producing reports, and ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and handled confidentially.
You will also assist in coordinating activities across the resettlement programmes, helping to ensure services are delivered efficiently and that guests and sponsors receive timely and effective support.
About you
You will require the following:

Five GCSE including Maths and English at Grade 5 OR above OR Equivalent

Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Experience of admin work, including maintaining spreadsheets or databases, writing emails and producing summary information from excel

Experiences of working in a team and delivering services to customers

Experience of working on own
-
Experience of working to challenging targets and able to plan own workload

Excellent communication skills
-
Numerical skills and ability to analyse data
