Job Overview
To carry out internal and external SHEQ Audits at various sites locations within the United Kingdom. Development, implementation of Quality Control Procedures and support continuous improvement. Monitor and improve quality performance across business operations. To report all audit findings, accidents and near misses to the company director. Update Quality Management System online portal and ensure records are regularly updated. Work with site teams and management personnel to ensure delivery of projects to the company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out SHEQ audits at various site locations within the United Kingdom
2. Investigate Customer Complaints and non-conformances
3. Carry out review of all RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
4. Verify competency records of all staff and sub-contractors.
5. Attendance at monthly internal SHEQ meetings.
6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures and control plans.
7. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
8. Occupational Health and Safety of employees
9. Submission of SHEQ incident reports as required
10. Assist with development of safe systems of work.
11. Identify Competency Training requirements.
12. Communication with client in a professional manner as required by the company.
13. Ensure plant and equipment service records are maintained.
14. Maintain a good company image at all times.
15. Comply fully with the company policy and procedures.
16. Professional development to maintain awareness of current legislation and industry best practice.
17. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client standards.
18. Commitment to further training and development courses.
19. Use of Quality Management System online portal
20. Preparation of (Databook) Handover Records per project
