About Us:
Whites Material Handling Ltd is a trusted name in the manufacturing industry, known for our commitment to quality and customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team and take charge of our aftersales operations, warranty support, and spare parts service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all aftersales support, including warranty and service issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by working closely with internal departments
- Monitor and implement corrective/preventive actions to prevent issue recurrence
- Assist customers with spare parts enquiries when needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer cases, service actions, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Sage software is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or quality-related role (preferred)
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (preferred)
