At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or similar role is required. Applicants must have the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the qualities needed to excel in this position.
We’re looking for FULL/PART TIME individuals who are flexible and available for day and weekend shifts to work front of house in a team environment

Monday - Sunday
Daily duties:
- Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly, positive attitude
- Prepare and serve outstanding hot and cold drinks, plus simple fresh food
- Create a clean, welcoming café environment and deliver excellent customer service
- Be knowledgeable about the products on offer and answer questions confidently (or refer to the appropriate team member if needed)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Support your team with general café tasks as needed
