Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and invoice processing.
- Support accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Sage.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Contribute to the smooth running of financial operations aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about financial processes and administration.
- Previous experience or coursework related to finance or administration is a plus.
