Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients’ dietary needs, developing personalised care plans, and providing expert guidance to promote overall health and wellbeing. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of clients to identify their dietary needs and health goals
- Develop customised care plans that align with clients’ lifestyles, medical conditions, and nutritional requirements
- Provide clear, practical advice on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate clients on the benefits of balanced nutrition and proper hydration
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with data protection regulations
- Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and incorporate evidence-based practices into client programmes
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field recognised by professional bodies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately
- Proven experience in developing personalised care plans for diverse client groups is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and programme development
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for promoting health through nutrition and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: £1.00-£350.00 per day
