Barista / Bartender – Barrel & Bean
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and confident person to join our small team at Barrel & Bean! Roughly 20/25 hours per week
We’re a cosy independent coffee shop & micropub, so it’s a really varied role from making coffees and cocktails to pulling pints, looking after our cask ales and helping out with food.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be 18+
- Previous bar & cellar experience is essential
- Confident making and serving cocktails
- Barista experience preferred, but not essential, training can be given
- Some kitchen experience preferred, but not essential, our food is mainly pizzas, pies & paninis
- Friendly, chatty and great with customers
- Reliable and happy to get stuck in with all aspects of the job
- Confident working alone
- Happy to open and close the venue
- Flexible and available to work evenings & weekends
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of our small team
As we’re a small independent business, everyone mucks in! We’re looking for someone who’s happy doing a bit of everything and can confidently run the place when working alone.
