Lead and manage a team of 2 Quality Auditors, driving performance, engagement, and development
️ Provide expert guidance on food safety, legality, quality, and hygiene standards
✅ Ensure quality management systems, processes, and controls are implemented and followed
Work closely with the Central Technical Team to implement and share best practice
Support compliance with statutory regulations and company standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs
Support NPD and EPD launches, ensuring compliance with product specifications
Manage food safety incidents and escalate where required
Lead and support audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence and maintain high standards
Deliver training and coaching on food safety and compliance
Deputise for the Regional Technical Manager when required
