We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Restaurant & Hotel Operations Managers. The main responsibility will be managing the day-to-day operations of our Plan Burrito franchise, along with assisting with hotel guest check-ins and general guest support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Plan Burrito restaurant
- Supervise and coordinate staff and daily tasks
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food safety
- Manage stock and assist with ordering and suppliers
- Handle customer queries and resolve day-to-day issues
- Manage hotel guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist hotel guests with questions and requests
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant and hotel
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail or management experience is preferred but not essential
- Full training will be provided
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
