This position in our fitness department is responsible for motivating and educating clients and members of our organisation. The fitness trainer is responsible for developing fitness programmes that meet individual goals and objectives within our private facility. Other duties include analyzing client progress, recording and reviewing data and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on new fad diets.
Responsibilities:
- Teach members how to use the exercise machines.
- Be familiar with the use of all exercise's at the gym.
- Identify and correct errors in form by members.
- Work as part of a team.
- Follow the gym's policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date on industry standards.
